Guilin University of Electronic Technology is located in Guilin where is a famous scenic, historical and cultural city. Eligibility
- 非中国籍公民，身体健康；
- 学位和年龄要求；
- (1) 申请攻读中文授课硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁，学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上，通过HSK成绩达到HSK4级以上；
- (2) 申请攻读中文授课博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁，学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上通过HSK成绩达到HSK4级以上，需公开发表高水平论文2篇及以上；
- (3) 申请攻读英文授课博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上，需公开发表高水平论文2篇及以上。
- 非其他奖学金获得者。
1. Non-Chinese nationality and be in good health;
2. Degrees and age requirements:
- Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs; The average grade of bachelor should be 75% above and obtain HSK4 level or above.
- Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs. The average grade of bachelor should be 75% above and published at least two high-level papers.

- 《外国人体格检查表》—此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。

- University Pre-admission Notice or Supervisor’s Acceptance Letter (Applicants shall contact university for admission procedure in advance, after you get Pre-admission notice or acceptance letter, then upload all your applicant documents into CSC system)
- Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（Automatically formed by system)
- Photocopy of Master Degree’s certificate (Notarized Copy)
- Photocopy of Master Transcripts (Notarized Copy).
- Two Recommendation letters from professors (either in English or Chinese).
- A Study Plan or Research Proposal (either in English or Chinese, minimum of 800 words).
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form. This form is uniformly printed by the Health and Quarantine Department of China. It is limited to those who have been studying in China for more than six months and must be filled in in English. The applicant shall carry out the inspection in strict accordance with the items required in the form of Physical Examination of Foreigners. The “Physical Examination of Foreigners” which is missing or not affixed with photo or the seam of riding or the signature of a doctor or a hospital is invalid. In view of the validity of the examination results for 6 months, the applicant is requested to confirm the time for his physical examination accordingly.

Application Procedure
- 申请人在申报我校前可与我校先行联系并进行录取审核工作，发送个人申请材料至我校邮箱，获得推荐录取资格后进行下一步。
- 登录中国政府奖学金申请网站http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn完成网上注册及报名，在系统上传清晰的材料扫描件（项目类别为B，桂林电子科技大学机构代码为10595 ）
- 完成网上注册后在报名截止前将纸质材料寄送至联系人地址，一式四份。并将电子档发送至联系人邮箱，备注清楚CSC报名号及申请人姓名与护照号。
- Applicants should contact university for admission procedure before applying in CSC system, after you get Pre-admission notice or acceptance letter, then continue the next process.
- Register at http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn,
- Program Type is B, the Agency code GUET is 10595. Complete and Print the Application Form of Chinese Government Scholarship, and scan and upload all the documents.
- After finishing the registration on the website, please send the paper documents to contact person’s address and E-mail and note your CSC application number and applicants name and passport number.
录取说明
Admission Statement
- 桂林电子科技大学有权对申请人所选择的专业和年限进行适当的调整。经桂林电子科技大学审核合格的申请材料将推荐至留学基金委，由留学基金委决定是否录取。申请人条件或申请材料不符合规定和要求的，视为申请无效，不予受理。
- 如专业学习前需要补习汉语或进行预科学习者，应在汉语补习或预科学习期间通过学校的入学考试或相关的课程考试后方可正式进入专业学习。
- 桂林电子科技大学推荐录取的申请人，经留学基金委批准后即可获得中国政府奖学金。
- 录取结果预计将在7月底公布（以官方通知为准），我校将通过电子邮件或者电话的形式告知申请人录取结果，请务必留意查收电子邮件。结果公布后，我校会将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）邮寄给学生本人。请被录取者务必提供有效联系方式和邮寄地址，如因地址或联系方式错误导致JW201表遗失则概不负责。
- Guilin University of Electronic Technology has the right to make appropriate adjustments to the majors and duration chosen by the applicants. Qualified application materials examined by GUET will be recommended and submitted to the CSC, which decides whether to accept them or not. If the applicant’s conditions or application materials do not conform to the provisions and requirements, the application shall be deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
- For those who need to learn Chinese before major study, they should pass the entrance examination or related course examination then they can enter professional study.
- Applicants admitted by Guilin University of Electronic Technology will be awarded Chinese Government Scholarships by the CSC.
- The results of admission will be announced at the end of July. GUET office will inform the applicants of the results of admission by e-mail. Please check the e-mail carefully. After the announcement of the results, our school will mail the Notice of Admission and the Application Form for Visas for Foreign Students to China (JW201) to the students themselves. Applicants are required to provide effective contact and mailing addresses. Applicants should responsible for the loss of JW201 due to incorrect address or contact information.
